Dell Inspiron 530, no dell image recovery?

Trying to reset my dell to factory deafults, but when i press f8 and go through the options, there is no dell factory reset. what can i do to reset it?
Congrats, there is no cure for ignorance, you have just told me what i am meant to do, but if you read the question you find find that i said the dell image recovery option isn’t there

    As the computer starts up, press the F8 key until you see the "Advanced Boot Options" menu appear.

    Select the "Repair Your Computer" option and press the "Enter" key.

    Click the "Next" button, log in with your Administrator username and password and click the "Dell Factory Image Restore" option.

    Click "Yes, reformat hard drive and restore system software to factory condition" and click the "Next" button.

    Click the "Finish" button. The computer will restart in its original factory condition.

    Edit could be you have a problem with the recovery drive should be the D drive have you got a disc that came with it if not i think you will have to contact DEll and get one and re install by disc.
